2002 Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster, “It’s Floodin’ Down In Texas”, painted by John DeMarco, 1 of 1. This guitar was made specifically for an exhibit at the Oceanside Museum of Art and features an exquisite maple neck with Abalone position markers. It was built in 2001 and then sent to the artist, John DeMarco, who resides in Southern California. He painted this guitar especially for the museum exhibit, featuring Fender guitars, in 2002. The guitar is a One-Off and so is the painting. The guitar is complete with a black Fender hard-shell case and Letter of Authenticity from the artist. In addition to being in the Oceanside Museum of Art, it was also part of an exhibit in the Fender Museum of Music and the Arts and comes with a Letter of Provenance from the curator. |
