Black Guard™, pickups are 100% hand-wound and are based on Vintage Black Guard era specs. Materials include; 42 gage plain enamel wire is used for the Lead pickup, 43 gage plain enamel wire is used for the Neck pickup, ALNiCO 3 magnets and fibre bobbins. These are the closest you can get to true Vintage and deliver extraordinarily consistent sound. They even look and smell like the real deal! Average output range is 6.8k – 7.4k. Available individually or in sets.
